| Before I ever laid eyes one you, while you were still yet to be born, I loved you. Oh the joy you brought to me even then, my son. I looked so forward to your birth! |
| Then the day came! Bright and early you were! One of the very few mornings of your life that you were up early...LOL |
| There wasn't a day since you came that you didn't make me smile!Even during those months that you cried for hours no matter what your mom and dad tried. It has all been worth it, every tear, every sleepless night. |
| The colic days didn't last too long, though then it seemed like forever, *smile*. You have always been such a happy boy with laughter in those eyes. My, my, those eyes! |
| I remember the day that we celebrated your baptism. You were all dressed in your little white suit, fitting for a boy. I still have that packed away somewhere safe with "just a few" other little momentos. I think your father and I have two different definitions for "few". |
| Then there was your first birthday! What a blast you had! Mickey Mouse and all the trimmings! I should have known then as quickly as that first year went by, that it wouldn't be long before you were practically grown! |
| Remember Thor? The dog we got to grow up with you? He was so good with you and loved you so. Just look at the smile on your face! You loved him just the same. |
| Of course when Thor was too tired or otherwise occupied, your dad was the official stand-in! LOL Now doesn't he just look thrilled?? |
| Years passed away and you grew older. Before I know it you were in school! Remember how you didn't want to go? It wasn't long before you didn't mind at all, though. I think it was harder on me than it was you. I hated to see you get on that bus for every one of the five years that you didn't homeschool. Oh my, those eyes! You'll just have to face it John! They'll melt any heart! *smile* |

| Don't stop now! |
